The Receptionist role is the telephone and mail receptionist for the High Performing Students Unit.
Requirements/Duties and responsibilities
- The Receptionist answers calls and reads emails and determines who to forward them on to if the matter is more than a simple enquiry.
- The applicant must have an excellent customer service focus and have fluent oral and written communication skills.
- The applicant must become proficient in the Unit's bespoke computer program and be able to guarantee efficient and accurate data entry.
- The applicant will need to be comfortable in a high volume, high pressure environment.
