Seeking a talented Receptionist for an esteemed business on the Sunshine Coast. Committed to success, this established and well-respected organisation have become experts in their field. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all reception and administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively. You will have the opportunity to make your mark in a reputable business and join a passionate team. Our client is ideally seeking an individual who is available to commence in this role immediately.

Your new role
The overall objective of this position is to support the business with all aspects of reception and administration requirements. Key duties will involve:

  • Responding and directing incoming calls and emails to relevant staff members
  • Provide strong customer service, both in person and via the telephone
  • Handling of purchasing stationary and supplies as needed
  • Office administration support including ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Broad exposure within the accounting industry will be highly regarded although not essential
  • You must have high attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and have the ability to prioritise your workload
  • You will have strong computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office packages
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and to very strict deadlines demonstrating loyalty and a high level of confidentiality.
