Property Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial Property Manager to join a top Tier-1 Property provider in Sydney CBD to overlook a Government asset portfolio.

The role is an on-going contract until the end of the year and possibly extended thereafter. Remuneration is between $60-$65 per hour + Super depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of Commercial portfolio including leasing, reporting, capex, rent roll and debt management.
• Establish, build and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders and key contractors
• Prepare accurate budgets annually on a property by property basis in prescribed format

Essentials:

• Minimum 2 years experience within Commercial property management;
• Thorough understanding of leases, deal analysis and negotiation and stakeholder management
• Tertiary qualifications, particularly in a property related discipline, are preferable.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential
