Your new role
- Taking inbound calls from customers wanting to lodge claims regarding damage to their properties (storm claims, national could be flooding, hailstorms)
- To be responsible for providing world class customer claims experiences
- Ensuring you are empathetic in the time of need
- Provide absolute clarity and direction on how we manage the claim
- Learning and developing from day one
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a customer centred role is essential
- Previous experience managing claims not mandatory but desirable
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and clear and professional communicator
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Displays a drive for results and are outcome focused
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- No leave available during training period
What you'll get in return
- Full time, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Temporary 6 month contract, potential for extension
