Your new role
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of compliance auditors and project
officers ensuring all properties within the portfolio meet regulatory compliance and building code standards.
You will be required to ensure that all CAPEX and rectification works meet client expectations and are within budget, timeframe and quality parameters.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you will be an experienced Project/Facilities/Building Manager with extensive experience in leading teams to carry out, mainly rectification works within budget, timeframes and ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met.
What you'll get in return
This is a key role within this organisation and will initially be a 6 month assignment with a view to extention.
