About Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong LEAN background to join our facility in Rydalmere. In this role you will:

€¢ Ensure delivery of components on products on time, within budget and according to quality requirements

€¢ Optimise the supply chain to ensure international competitiveness

€¢ Manage the Master Production Schedule and Capacity plan

€¢ Apply LEAN principles in the context of continuous improvement

€¢ Demonstrate safety leadership

€¢ Lead of team of 20 (including direct and indirect reports) including development, performance targets

€¢ Manage production costs including labour and materials

How About You?

€¢ Experience leading a production team in a manufacturing or operations environment

€¢ University degree in a relevant field, preferably engineering and/or production management

€¢ Sound skills, knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing

€¢ Experience with manufacturing of complex electro-mechanical assemblies will be highly regarded
