A busy and successful Director of a boutique mortgage, property and wealth education business requires a capable, trusted, super organised PA to support him.
In this role you may be asked to manage the Director's diary, book meetings, provide remote support, be involved with organising courses and events, updating social media and website, drafting correspondence, and assisting with marketing activities. Your proactive approach will assist in making improvements, creating efficiencies, or actioning brainstorming ideas. Other responsibilities may include managing office supplies, liaising with the building manager, assisting with internal invoicing and payroll and liaising with a small offshore team.
The right person for this role will have the knack of being ‘one step ahead’ and be the ‘go to’ person in the Directors absence. You will need to be able to demonstrate great communication skills, PC skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve and to think outside the square.
