Your new company
Our client is a worldwide non-profit organisation with more than 7000 employees in Australia and more around the globe. They are currently looking for an experienced payroll governance & compliance officer to join their large and growing team. You will be working side by side with the payroll manager to make sure that all tasks and deadlines are met in a satisfactory manner.

Your new role

  • Compiling and processing data related to payroll & human resources
  • Assisting the payroll department regarding risk & compliance
  • Supervising all ongoing project to make sure that they are compliant
  • Maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that communications is maintained for all staff for any updates & changes in the company
  • Help to develop a learning culture within the organisation
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in end to end payroll
  • Degree in Accounting or in a similar field
  • Working with children check or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of awards in the industry
