Partner-Track Role in Sydney – Construction Disputes

Your new company
Our client is a reputable national firm, who is particularly well-known within the building and construction disputes space. There is a need within the firm in Sydney to add to their growing construction team at the senior level to work on a broad range of matters, whilst assisting in leading an existing team of lawyers.

Your new role
You will be working on matters involving claims relating to defective and incomplete work, building contracts, domestic and residential building insurance, and other legislative claims in addition to advising, drafting and reviewing contracts on related matters. This a senior Partner-track and leadership role, so it is best suited to ambitious and driven candidates looking to take a step-up in their career.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:

• Currently admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia
• 5+ years of construction disputes experience, although the firm will consider candidates with broader disputes experience looking to specialise in building and construction claims
• Has an ability to lead a team of hard working lawyers, and the ambition to progress to Partner level
