Requirements

What will you do:

  • Software setup and configuration of payment card terminal devices
  • Support delivery process for packaging and posting hardware, coordinating with couriers
  • Coordinate hardware returns and replacements for our partners
  • Receiving and maintaining payment device hardware stock
  • Assist with data entry, cleaning and documentation for merchant online profile quality
  • Build and optimi`e business partner profile listings on the Fresha marketplace
  • Ensuring that merchants’ photos, descriptions, service menus, addresses, descriptions, and all other content is adequately conveyed on the market
  • Assist onboarding processes, train new and existing partners on the software and platform, liaise with other team members to ensure issues with marketplace content are identified, documented, communicated, and that appropriate actions are taken to drive quality further
  • Provide continuous quality assurance on the marketplace to ensure the marketplace looks good at all times

Essential skills:

  • Basic data skill set - comfortable with using excel
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated to work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and structured, high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Quick learner - able to pick up product and feel comfortable navigating around
