Working for a highly successful and well established professional services firm with circa 65 employees in Sydney and NSW. Working in an autonomous role responsible for all HR activities for the business.
Your new role
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for all operational HR work on a day to day basis. This will include Recruitment, graduate recruitment, onboarding and inductions; Training and coordination; HR policy review and development; HR advice provision; ER and legislation expertise; WHS and HR compliance; engagement and culture, HR administration and HRIS management. This is a varied and hands on role supporting a diverse workforce and being a key part of the culture of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist who has worked in a stand alone role before and enjoys working in the SME and smaller business sector. You will be strong in all areas of HR support, administration and recruitment and have high attention to detail and be a great communicator. You will be flexible, adaptable and professional. Experience in working in a professional services or white collar industry would be ideal.

This role offers three days a week and flexible on when they days are worked and start and finish time. As this role is important for the culture of the business as they grow they ideally would like this employee in the office for the three to develop the relationships with the employees and leaders. Sydney CBD offices and very close to trains and buses.
Salary is $80,000 - $90,000 base + super Pro Rata.
