About the Role
Perform in the role of Organisational Development Consultant, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of Leadership and Workforce Development, Change Management, Values-based Organisational Capability, Integrated Talent Management, and Organisational Culture.
This role is an internal consultant to senior leaders and managers across the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, providing tailored and evidence-based organisational development interventions to improve organisational capability, performance and culture. The Organisational Development Consultant role is part of the Organisational Development Team, accountable for strategy development of the District€™s organisational effectiveness capability, and part of the Workforce People & Culture Directorate.
