Operations Manager - Environmental Consulting

Salary circa $200k 

Operations Manager, to join the Brisbane office (around 20 staff) of an Environmental Consultancy delivering Ecology, Hydrogeology, Urban Development, NRM and Environmental Approvals. 

The bigger picture of this role is to continue building this team, engaging amazing talent to join and building on great client relationships currently in place. There is a wider QLD capability and plenty of ongoing projects / workload to prop your team up – no issues here.

The Role:

• Slotting into a much larger international team, this role is to lead the day-to-day operations and provide overarching strategy.
• Develop and deliver local strategy and growth opportunities, bringing your team along with you through strong mentoring and leadership.

The Team:

• Surrounded by some great leadership and supported by a solid team in Brisbane, take on a humming team.
• CEO and Executives are totally approachable and genuinely good people, understanding, compassionate, authentic and savvy business minds.

The ideal candidate is someone with an Ecology or Environmental Sciences or Planning background with a consulting background.
