About the Role:
Our client is currently looking for experienced Corporate Receptionists to join their dynamic team based at North Ryde & Ultimo. As an on call Corporate Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all the company guests bringing your professional & friendly manner as well as providing administrative assistance where required.
As this is an on-call role, we are looking for reliable professionals that could try their best to work on short notice. Shifts can vary from 1 day to multiple days assignment
• Meeting & greeting visitors
• Answering incoming calls & directing calls
• Attending to emails
• Maintaining a broad knowledge of the different business functions
• Other ad - hoc administrative tasks
We want to hear about your:
• 2 years minimum related experience
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
• Bubbly & outgoing personality
• Time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
