Manage a team of 5 - Work across residential real estate and property development - Monday to Friday - Real Estate experience not essential

An established and reputable property group that lends its self to a diverse range of property functions across Sydney. This group is involved in all parts of the property lifecycle and can expose your career to real estate and residential development.

The role:

This role will see you act as the right arm to the Director where you will be responsible for PA, operational and staff management across a team of 5. This Monday – Friday role set in a relaxed yet professional work space will see you take the lead on getting this team to operate in a high functioning, compliant and profitable way.

  • Preparing and rolling out checklists and procedures for all business functions
  • Assist with managing the office day to day
  • Business growth planning and researching products and services
  • Liaison with solicitors, financial institutions, council and suppliers
  • Prepare reports and proposals
  • Manage 1 on 1 catch ups with staff, inductions, monitor KPI’s
  • Implementing systems and processes to streamline workload and efficiencies

Experience required:

The ideal candidate will currently be working in a Personal Assistant, Operational or Office Management role in an environment that doesn’t have the scope for you to take that next step and forge your career forward.   • Strong administration skills
  • Detail orientated, focused and driven to get the best outcome
  • Personable, confident and host a willingness to roll your sleeves up
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Previous exposure to HR advantageous but not essential
