Our client is on the lookout for a hard-working Office Administrator to join their team located within the Browns Plains area. This position is being offered on a Full-Time Basis.
We are seeking committed individuals who can take on different elements of managing the reception and office area with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will enjoy working with an understanding and positive work environment.
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Working with Building Inspectors and Sales agents for bookings
- Following up any sales leads and emailing customer quotes
- Following up on payments with clients
- Marketing emails and strategies
- Filing and general administration duties
The Successful Candidate
- Good computer skills
- Ability to handle pressure well
- Enjoy and strive to work within a fast-paced team
- QLD Driver’s License and car
- Reliable and punctual
