About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated NSW Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team based in Glendenning NSW. You will be working closely with Sales, internal stakeholders and customers alike to ensure they are having a positive experience when working with ARC. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager you will also be responsible for:

  • Contract establishment and setting up new accounts
  • Creation and maintenance of pricing related information
  • Post sales support including data collation for customer review meetings
  • Working closely with internal including credit department
  • Managing and resolving customer cases
  • Coordinating leads and referrals to account managers
  • Providing outstanding customer experience via face-to-face interactions, phone and email
  • Managing administration tasks relating to the role including data entry.

About your experience

We are looking for a goal oriented and engaging team player with a customer centric focus who loves interaction with clients and sales. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and a great can-do attitude. You will also have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience in sales administration or similar role
  • Experience within the building, construction or manufacturing industry is desirable but not mandatory
  • Great networking and communication skills to maintain positive relationships across the business and with customers
  • Proactive approach, passion for customers and strong time management skills
  • Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge and previous exposure to a CRM would be an advantage.
