With this added advantage, you will be a part of the team who are highly skilled and professional technicians.

Your new role
To provide technical support to the Managed Services Clients, while focusing on resolution of:

  • Service Desk Tickets Level 1, 2
  • MS Technical Support; Inclusive of Remote Support, Hardware
  • Support, Software Support, Site Maintenance & Solution Implementation.
  • Other IT / Admin (related to the role) duties

What you will need to succeed

  • Time management: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
  • Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
  • Appropriate qualifications - IT related.
