An exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join a leading specialist practice on a temporary basis

Your new company
A leading specialist practice based in the heart of the Gold Coast requires a temporary Medical Receptionist to join their team.

Your new role
As the successful Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a high volume reception desk - meeting and greeting patients
  • Managing bookings and appointments
  • Updating patient files were required
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • General administration tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience as a Medical Receptionist managing a busy, high volume desk in a specialist practice
  • Immaculate and professional presentation
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Genie experience is a MUST
