WOW Recruitment are looking for a General Marketing Manager to join a disruptive ASX listed Fintech based right here in the heart of the city.

Immediate start in Fintech company currently in an aggressive growth stage.
  
Salary: $130K - $150K + Super

  
What you will be doing
As the Marketing Manager for Australia, you will bring a broad understanding of all things marketing, both traditional and non-traditional. You will have full accountability to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive leads and convert to sales for the Australian sales team.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes for the sales team, building on customer experience, and contributing to the product roadmap. You will need to have a passion for delivering outcomes and guide the business to maintain strong value proposition in the market. This is a diverse role that has a strong focus on building on customer experience, contributing to the product roadmap and will require you to be hands-on.

You will be responsible for

  • Taking ownership of priorities and planning of all aspects of the marketing strategy
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are align with the value proposition
  • Ensuring all company objectives and requirements are being met through campaigns
  • Developing awareness and building a strong brand in the Australian marketplace
  • Building, costing and executing various marketing plans
  • Establishing and developing brand position and target audiences with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Planning and monitoring marketing spend across all digital and non-digital channels
  • Exploring and implementing new technologies to expand digital offerings
  • Collaborating to drive campaigns for sales strategies, lead generation activities customer renewal and acquisition, and enhancing customer relationships

What you can bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, Payments or other relevant Fintech/technology experience
  • In-depth knowledge of both digital and non-digital platforms
  • Customer Experience: A strong focus and passion for improving the customer experience
  • Strong people management, communication and ability to influence others
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
