The Subscription and Growth division within Nine Publishing is responsible for brand marketing, subscription revenue, audience growth and commercial amplification across consumer and corporate. 

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive the growth, revenue and engagement of our substantial corporate subscription audience for The Australian Financial Review via marketing solutions and to deliver a continuous program of work that maximises acquisition and retention potential. The successful candidate will deliver successful campaigns and drive lead generation to support the sales team. The role involves working closely with the Senior Engagement Manager to create and execute marketing strategies across a wide range of channels including digital, social, print, outdoor and events. 

This will be an exceptional role for someone looking to take the next step in their marketing career at one of Australia's most well known and prestigious companies.

Your success in the role will be measured on;

  • Effective support and management of customer centric marketing campaigns that will drive acquisition and retention revenue growth and ROI.
  • Accuracy of administration & Reporting
  • Effective stakeholder & relationship management 
  • Ability to manage self, own performance and personal development


  • 3 - 4 years experience in digital environments with exposure to emerging platforms

  • 3 - 4 years experience in digital marketing strategy  development and implementation

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the creation, development and execution of the marketing campaign process 

  • Experience in lead generation marketing 

  • Demonstrated exceptional presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive management of multiple factors within a  time critical environment

  • Self starter personality and a desire to work in media 

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A tertiary qualification, preferably majoring in a marketing discipline
