Company:

Join a highly recognised and growing organisation with a national presence within Finance and IT solutions. This company is embarking on growing the organisation and seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team with stunning offices based in Bankstown.

The role:

A unique opportunity to shape the company's branding, as a Marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for setting and executing all marketing strategies across 5 large organisations. Your primary focus will be developing, managing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to support the organisations in order to achieve growth and improving ROAS.

Day to day:

  • Provide strategic and digital operational marketing plans and deliver creative solutions to the organisation across all platforms including website, social, SEO/SEM, podcast and online advertising
  • Assist in the development and manage marketing campaigns within agreed budgeted guidelines.
  • Track, report and analyse sales during and post campaign across all platforms to optimise marketing mix and return on investment
  • Stakeholder collaboration, focusing on establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with key external parties and support promotional plans.
  • Ability to work with external marketing agencies to deliver promotional marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase brand visibility including promo's, brochures and social media content

About you:

  • Data driven approach, with a test and learn mindset - someone who can take marketing strategy and turn it into action by managing the delivery and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Prior knowledge and experience using WordPress, Mailchimp, Google analytics, Google and Facebook ads.
  • Experience leading large scale SEM campaigns implementing multichannel content and campaign strategies
  • Ability to learn new concepts, a motivated and hard-worker who has strong written skills and attention to detail.
  • Inquisitive mind, a go getter with a motivated and determined attitude
