Corin Australia are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Loan Kit Technician to join our dedicated Warehouse Team. This full-time, ongoing position is based out of our Sydney warehouse located in Pymble.
Our Warehouse Team are responsible for ensuring our products arrive at hospitals around Australia for orthopaedic surgeries on time and in full. As a Loan Kit Technician with Corin, you will ensure the correct management of all kit resources, so they can effectively be picked, packed and dispatched to meet our surgeon/customer needs. You will also work closely with our Customer Service and Sales Team as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct information is available for correct kit processing and invoicing. Strong written and verbal communication and a passion for what we do is essential.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within medical devices. Prior experience working to ISO13485 standards will be highly regarded. You will have a proven track record of excellent customer service or similar transferrable experience. To excel in this role, it is essential that you also have:
- Superior attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage high volume inventory, working well under pressure to tight deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well both in a close knit team environment and autonomously, with minimal supervision
- Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- The ability to work on-call/after hours on a rotating roster
- Knowledge of safe lifting principles due to heavy lifting
- Prior experience working in supply chain within medical devices will be highly regarded
