We are looking for a Senior Level 3 Helpdesk Support Enginer with a strong customer service focus. You provide a broad range of support to customers in a results driven, customer first and professional company.  We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, is trustworthy and fun. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Snr Level 3 Helpdesk Support Engineer
  • Network infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Planning, deploying and maintaing systems
  • Phone, remote and onsite support
  • Problem identification, investigation and resolution for clients

The successful applicant will have skills in the following areas: 

  • MDM
  • Voice and Data solutions - 3CX, Zultys PABX preferred
  • Sophos Firewall/UTMs configuration & maintenance
  • Managed Services
  • Security Systems (anti-virus, anti-spam & anti-malware)
  • MS Security Best Practices
  • Core MS Server knowledge
  • System Centre
  • ConnectWise Manage & Automate
  • Office 365
  • PowerShell scripting
