Your new role Our client is seeking a permanent Learning and Development Facilitator to join their organisation based in Brisbane CBD. You will report to the Director of People and Culture and work alongside a fantastic team to identify the training needs of the organisation. This role will see you performing the art of facilitation by delivering training programs and carefully articulating a highly skilled workforce. You will deliver training to the carers to ensure they provide the highest quality of service to the clients. What you'll need to succeed Due to the critical nature of their service in aged care, to be successful you will have previous experience as a RN or EN. You will have three years' experience as a trainer in health of aged care sector. Demonstrated experience in delivering training modules, whilst confidently building rapport with the carers. Due the growth of the company, you will need to be able to travel around Australia to deliver training as required.
