Junior Property Manager | Wollongong Area
- Assist with managing a residential property portfolio, including open homes, tenancy applications, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople while working under the mentorship of a Senior Property Manager.
- Bring at least one year of property management experience, a current Certificate of Registration, and a valid driver''s licence; PropertyMe experience is an advantage.
- Direct mentorship from an experienced Senior Property Manager
- Monday-Saturday with a weekday off

THE ROLE
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Conduct open homes and process tenancy applications
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Assist with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Work closely with a Senior Property Manager to develop your skills
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- At least 1 year of property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's licence
- PropertyMe experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to grow within the industry
