Our client is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join their team located in the Highfields area on Full-Time basis.
This position on offer is Full Time with the potential consideration to offer permanent part time for the right person. This is a people-focused position so you will need to be well presented, have excellent phone manner and great communication skills.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and Directing clients and general receptionist duties
- Preparing necessary documents and forms
- Accounts payable duties including entering payments
