The Woolworths Group was founded over 97 years ago and is an Iconic Australian Brand synonymous with exceptional customer service. Due to the expansion of our Contact Centre we have a number of exciting opportunities on offer than a blended working environment once training is completed. 
  
These roles are more than just standard inbound customer service in that they require a level of lateral thinking and proactive behavior. Your ability to multitask will be vital as you will be responding to both phone, email and web chat enquiries. You will also take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience.
  
To be successful in the position, you will need to possess:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving abilities
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • The ability to think quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service position 
  • Minimum Internet speed of 50mps + upload / download

You must be able to a rotating roster Monday to Sunday. You must also hold FULL WORKING RIGHTS. Visa Holders must have a minimum of 8 months remaining on working rights in Sydney

This role offers blended work from home / Office - you MUST be able to complete training in the office environment.
