With strong growth underway, we are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional. This newly created position will support the business to effectively utilise and manage its workforce in a dynamic and evolving environment. This role will have a strong emphasis on Organisation Development ensuring we are securing and maintaining our future leaders.

You will manage others to ensure that Human Resource support services are efficiently delivered and maintained across the business, whilst providing support and mentoring to the Human Resources team.

You be required to manage and monitor injury management/return to work practices, to ensure the well-being of employees whilst ensuring best-practice standards are achieved. Your key areas of impact will be in advising and assisting managers on compliance and industrial matters, and ensuring our recruitment and induction processes result in quality recruits who are able to be productive from day one. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build a valued and satisfied workforce.

Extensive knowledge of workplace legislation and employment law is essential, as is your ability to apply learning and development initiatives.

Your excellent communication skills and resilience will be applied in building relationships, influencing, negotiating and mediating. You will need a track record in developing pragmatic business-oriented solutions.
