HR Officer - Aged Care - Brisbane CBDDo you have HR experience in AGED CARE?? This is a stand-out opportunity to join a leading aged care provider in Brisbane CBD. Overseeing the entire HR function of this organisation, you are tasked with developing a high-performance culture within this reputable organisation. Role Overview Recruitment of personal (searching for staff and advertising, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, basic training) Making sure all rostering regions are sufficiently staffed Employee performance reviews Employee incidents, grievances and terminations Ad hoc employee-related issues Looking after employee compliance with our policies and procedures Document non-compliance and report to Management in a timely manner. Key Points: Report to the Office Manager Central Brisbane location Growing aged care provider Full Time: Monday to Friday role - flexible hours An environment where you can implement your ideas and shape the department in your vision Attractive salary + NFP benefits (up to $30,000 tax free) Skills and experience required: Cert IV in Human Resources Cert IV in Training and Assessment Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a similar role Aged Care experience - HIGHLY REGARDED! Proven talent management and performance management experience essential. Proven ability to input and manage organisational data accurately High-level communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills demonstrating ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Ability to set priorities, plan and organize own workload with minimal supervision. High level MS Office and internet skills. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet organisational requirements.
