Your new company
We are recruiting for an expanding company who offer legal services to a range of customers. This reputable business is located in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane, easily assessable from the Gold Coast and western suburbs with parking available. They have undergone growth in the past 12 months and now have a need for a passionate HR Manager to lead People and Performance. This role will not only partner with the Senior Leadership team but will form part of the Senior Leadership team.
Your new role
In this role you will partner with the business in providing generalist HR support and advice. Your responsibilities will include; talent acquisition, performance management, performance reviews and employee counselling as well as providing support on continuing HR projects. Additionally, you will develop and facilitate personal development workshops centred around coaching and developing managers in all things people and culture.
What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous generalist HR experience at a Senior Business Partner or Management level within a small to medium sized business. Additionally, you will have tertiary qualifications within a related field. This is a key position within the business and the success of someone in this role will also come down to their entrepreneurship qualities and how they apply these within the People & Culture space.
