Full job description

The HR Business Partner would provide generalist human resources advice and support to the organisation in areas of human resource management including, but not limited to: recruitment, ER, engagement and capability development.

Description

  • True generalist business partnering role
  • Employee relations, recruitment and other generalist activities
  • This is a strategic role which requires excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Partnering with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement the HR plan and strategy for the organisation
  • Managing the delivery of all Human Resources activities covering all aspects of an employee "lifecycle" including recruitment, employee contracts, on-boarding, performance development, training, communication, remuneration for all staff at all levels in the organisation
  • Developing and maintaining systems and procedures to ensure employee documentation is efficiently maintained
  • Collaborate with Executives and the Senior Leaders in developing and implementing strategies and processes within projects and initiatives with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, system and processes, business transformation and change management

Profile

  • Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Resilient
  • Crucial: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Extensive generalist HR experience
  • Highly commercial with proven success in developing high performing cultures
