About the Role

As a HR Advisor for Monford we would expect to see experience inclusive of the areas below but not limited to:

Culture and Leadership – You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in an environment where respect of all colleagues and internal and external stakeholders is paramount and a one team approach is sustained. Remain flexible and open to supporting others.

Recruitment and Employee Onboarding - Manage recruitment of staff and workforce personnel. Research, implement and create a database of candidates that is future focused covering workforce roles. Manage internal database of workforce recruitment candidates and ensure effective responses are delivered to applications within agreed procedural requirements.

Project Mobilization, Travel and Operational Requirements - Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and client requirements through high results on all internal and external audits, in addition to managing all mobilization functions for personnel.

Employee Performance, Development and Retention – Assist with employee performance, development, and training requirements

Industrial Relations – Maintain compliance with our current enterprise bargaining agreement terms, also demonstrated experience in negotiating and bargaining new agreements and subsequent lodgements with the FWC.

Suitable applicants will ideally possess the following:

  • Relevant Degree Qualification
  • 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with the following software/programmes:
  • FlareHR
  • Vista
  • Live Hire
  • Matchd
  • Felix
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating, and lodging new Enterprise Agreements
