An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Hospitality Manager, to join our team on a full time basis.

Enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate proven experience in a management role, a commitment to patient care and customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to provide leadership to our non clinical services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients, staff and guests.

You will be an active member of the executive team, accountable and responsible for the effective management of human, financial and material resources to meet the agreed KPIs along with service improvement initiatives

Essential Criteria:

  • Business Management qualification - or proven effective operational understanding of financial performance
  • Minimum 5 years experience and management as an Executive Chef
  • Trade certificate in commercial cookery
  • Leadership capability to develop staff in delivering exceptional service
  • Demonstrated commitment towards quality improvement
  • Highly developed interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Desirable Criteria

  • Qualification in Hotel Operations and/or management
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TA 40110)
  • Food Safety Supervisor
