GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER
FULL TIME - CROWN SYDNEY

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager as part of the new Crown Towers Sydney. This role will oversee the operation of Crown Towers Sydney VIP guests and the Villas to ensure that every detail is attended to and that each guest is given the highest level of customer service from the team. A main priority will be to ensure that a luxury level of service is implemented with the pre-opening team and carried through opening and beyond.

The Guest Relations Manager will be heavily involved with training and coaching the team with a strong focus on personalised and detailed service. They will have a strong presence in the Hotel where they will meet and greet VIP and Villa guests upon arrival. They will have the confidence and ability to build strong relationships with inner departments in order to provide a seamless experience for our guests.

What you need:

€¢ Extensive experience in hotel operations in a management role
€¢ Experience in personalised customer service
€¢ A strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a high level of customer service
€¢ Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and performance management of a team
€¢ Confidence with liaising and interacting with VIP guests
€¢ Strong product knowledge of Crown€™s Hotels
€¢ Knowledge of a hotel property management system, preferably Opera
