We are looking for a customer-focused person with strong communication skills & drive, who will thrive in a supportive; fast paced, consultative environment.
Ideally you will have hands on experience with at least 3+ of the following:
Communication skills working with business & technical stakeholders at all levels
Eliciting requirements & evolving solutions through design thinking and prototyping
Developing analytics & data solutions leveraging skills in Python, R, Tensorflow or Alteryx
Data visualisations through tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
Big Data ingestion & management including ETL, real-time streaming & data lakes
Experience in developing analytics, data governance or big data strategies.
Ability to extract insights from non-traditional data which may include IoT sensors, spatial, documents (NLP), images (deep learning) & videos (computer vision)
Industry experience in Defence, Energy, Civil, Logistics, Mining, Telecommunications or Water is preferred but it is not essential as the right candidate will flourish working closely with our extensive network of industry engineers & experts.
Data science, machine learning, mathematical optimisation or artificial intelligence is highly desirable
What you will bring to the team:
2 to 5 years€™ experience within digital, consulting or engineering in a similar role
A "can-do" passionate, professional attitude willing to learn and push themselves to get the best outcome for their clients
Understand how to balance your technical experience with your consulting skills & innovative mindset to deliver at the coal-face of a constant changing market;
Exceptional relationship management skills
