Full job description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this busy, multifaceted venue located in WA's rugged Kimberley region.

Take the reins of this successful business, lead your large team to provide the best service standards to drive the bottom line!

This busy venue boasts 80 rooms, a large saloon bar, sports bar and cocktail bar, as well as a restaurant area.

Very much a "hands on" role, you will oversee all facets of the business and lead & motivate your team to provide the best service standards.

You will be very well supported in this role with a progressive company.

The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience as a General Manager in a regional town
* Extensive knowledge of the industry, with proven experience in rural Hotels
* Strong Business acumen and the ability to drive the bottom line
* Proven analytical and financial knowledge
* Strong written and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and lead a large team
* A vibrant, energetic personality
