About the role
Due to continued demand for coaching
and program delivery, we are looking for career coaches to develop and nurture
talent as required through one on one coaching sessions and provide expert
advice to individuals seeking support in their careers, at whatever stage they
To be successful in this role, you’ll
need a strong background in career coaching, ideally with a HR, talent, OD,
L&D or diversity focus. You’ll be experienced in supporting and/or managing
change and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by the

You will need highly relevant experience
in this field of coaching - whether it's resume reviews or career coaching,
advice to organisations or even high level executive coaching, our clients want
coaches who know are passionate about what they do and how they can make a
