About the role
Due to continued demand for coachingand program delivery, we are looking for career coaches to develop and nurturetalent as required through one on one coaching sessions and provide expertadvice to individuals seeking support in their careers, at whatever stage theyare at.
To be successful in this role, you’llneed a strong background in career coaching, ideally with a HR, talent, OD,L&D or diversity focus. You’ll be experienced in supporting and/or managingchange and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by theworkforce.
We are happy to say that there is nohard selling in this role - our reputation and product do most of the work, butyou do need to be an exceptional career coach, able to identify and nurture talent,be a great listener to be able to solve their issues and give honest feedbackand direction– we’re here to solve problems.

You will need highly relevant experiencein this field of coaching - whether it's resume reviews or career coaching,advice to organisations or even high level executive coaching, our clients wantcoaches who know are passionate about what they do and how they can make adifference. Make sure that you tell us about the services you offer, includingyour rates. Any relevant coaching qualifications or certifications areimperative.
