About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage team at SEA LIFE Melbourne.

As F&B Supervisor at SEA LIFE Melbourne, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the café and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Further responsibilities include:

· Assist the F&B Manager with increasing operational capacity of all Food and Beverage areas

· Ensure F&B team are maintaining all OH&S records

· Supplier Liaising and ordering

· Motivate and maintain a fun and productive culture

· Lead a team of 10+ staff

About You

To shine in this role you will ideally have experience/qualifications within the Hospitality industry with a focus in coffee and fast food would be advantageous. Sound computer literacy is essential and you will have demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

You are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. You have the skills to multi-task, have a flexible and adaptable approach coupled with the ability to meet deadlines. You will also have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills.
