ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you are working in the heart of a high performing sales team. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our partners and their clients and providing industry leading finance solutions. You will enjoy all the excitement of a fast paced and collaborative sales team and thrive on achieving both individual and company goals. You will be responsible for managing warm referrals from initial contact through to settlement and will be supported by our administrative team who will assist in booking your appointments, submitting your deals, and organising documentation for your clients. The ability to follow processes, multitask, manage stakeholders, and work effectively under pressure is critical to success in this role. No two days are the same, each will be filled with new and exciting challenges that you will learn and grow from. We need you to be motivated, service driven and a team player – someone who is willing to work harmoniously with their colleagues to deliver an industry leading service to our clients. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an innate ability to multi-task and the ability to work well under pressure and deliver a result when the chips are down. You will have a sound understanding of asset finance and the ability to think laterally in order to quickly find the best options for our clients. Previous asset finance experience is favourable as we expect you to hit the ground running!
