About the role

We are seeking a dynamic manager to lead one of our busy VIC field service teams. We're looking for a leader with relevant work experience in a field service environment, who is now ready to take the next step into a global organisation with advancement potential.

You will be responsible for managing day to day activities on time and within budget. From site inductions to overseeing rosters to customer follow up and quotes, you will have top notch organisational ability, great time management and an infectious ability to motivate.

You'll bring to the table:

  • Operations experience in a similar field service role, supervising scheduled and preventative maintenance and installs as well as urgent breakdown work.
  • A mechanical /electrical mindset and ideally a trade qualification.
  • A high degree of self-motivation including the ability to work unsupervised while managing your time outputs
  • Ability to communicate professionally with our customers and staff, maintaining excellent relationships
  • A passion for maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all OH & S requirements

You may come from a building products background such as HVAC or Elevators, or an operations role where fleet management and supervising a field team was part of your remit. Experience reporting into a head office where process, procedures and policies are followed, is desirable. Whatever your background, you're ambitious and looking for a long term career move where you can develop.
