About the role

We are seeking a dynamic manager to lead one of our busy Sydney field service teams. We're looking for a leader with relevant work experience in a field service environment, who is now ready to take the next step into a global organisation with advancement potential.

You will be responsible for managing day to day activities on time and within budget, to customer follow up and quotes, you will have experience running a busy fleet of field service technicians and have top notch organisational ability.

You'll bring to the table:

  • Supervisory experience in a business where your team operates on the road. 
  • Experience in a role that involves juggling schedules to accommodate preventative maintenance and installs, as well as urgent breakdown work.
  • A mechanical /electrical mindset
  • A high degree of self-motivation including the ability to work unsupervised while managing your time outputs
  • Ability to communicate professionally with our customers and staff, maintaining excellent relationships
  • A passion for maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all OH & S requirements

You may come from a background such as Security, HVAC or Elevators, or an operations role where fleet management and supervising a mobile service team was part of your remit. Experience reporting into a head office where process, procedures and policies are followed, is desirable. Whatever your background, you're ambitious and looking for a long term career move where you can develop.
