You will be awarded a base salary range of $70k - $90k + super + FMCV + tools! Undergo a full induction program to familiarise yourself with the company and its offerings. You will also be working closely with the national sales manager in the first few months to get things off the ground.
One of the great things about this role is that there is plenty of autonomy and flexibility. Structure your own workday as you hit your sales targets and other KPIs. You can progress to a sales manager role with time and proven success.
What you will be doing
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will utilise your technical expertise and skills to deliver sales growth of irrigation control systems and solutions, weather stations, and testing products. Your target market includes councils, farmers, landscapers, golf clubs, schools, water authorities, and more. It's also your responsibility to conduct the installation and maintenance of the business's irrigation services and systems.
Ensure accurate recording of time and materials used on projects. Become an integral part of the organisation as you represent the company at events and industry conferences. Your allocated territory will range from the Sutherland Shire, up to, and including, the Northern Beaches.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Previous experience in SCADA, PLC, RTV, or DCS systems
- Several years of experience in IT & RF communications & telemetry
- The ability to build & maintain strong business relationships
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous or current experience selling irrigation products
- Positive energy & a driven mindset
- Great attention to detail & stellar organisational skills
