As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all works carried out as required, liaising with tenants and stakeholders ensuring WHS and scope of works adhered to. Managing soft services contractors including cleaning and security
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will need to commit for a minimum 6 months, have previous facilities or building management experience, strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and available to commence ASAP
What you'll get in return
This will be a 3-6 month role with the potential for permanency.
