Your Mission:

We are looking for a highly dedicated, resourceful Executive Assistant to make an impact at LiveTiles! This role suits someone who acts and thinks quickly on their feet, remains calm under pressure, and can prepare for the unexpected. You are good with building relationships both with the executive members and the teams they work with.

If you are looking to work as part of a team that is constantly growing and meeting new challenges head-on, then this position is for you. As you will be working closely with the CEO and executive team, your smart solutions and input will make a profound impact on the company’s success.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and events; assist in the timely preparation of event/meeting/presentation materials, etc.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Responsible for drafting complex and/or confidential correspondence
  • Communicate with global team and externally with vendors, clients, and investors
  • Oversee expenses
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience assisting at the leadership level
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • High level of integrity, flexibility and customer-focus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Independent thinker, self-starter and team player
