Kindy Patch Largs has a rare opportunity for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Nursery room on a fulltime basis! There may be opportunity to move into the Toddler or Preschool rooms in 2020. Our service offers a comprehensive early education program with a strong play-based learning curriculum, where you will be responsible for leading and driving our school readiness program. As a valued Teacher, you will be supported by one other Teacher at the centre and G8 Education’s dedicated Early Learning & Education Leadership Team, who will support and encourage you in daily activities and guide you through your career development. Your commitment to teaching and learning will be nurtured within a culture that encourages professional and personal development.
At G8 Education we understand that learning begins from birth; more development occurs in the human brain between birth to 5 years than at any other time in the life span. So, we continually strive to achieve best practice in early childhood education and care from birth to 5 years. This begins with recruiting, training and retaining dedicated educators and teachers and supporting them to continue their own professional learning, which leads to positive learning outcomes for children.
At Kindy Patch Largs, we offer a comprehensive curriculum based on the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) that prepares children for school and life beyond. We believe that every child is unique and will thrive in an environment that focuses on personalised, age-specific learning and play.
