An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Executive to Manager level consultant to join Macquarie's Diversity, HR Strategy and Analytics team. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Global Head of Diversity, HR Strategy and Analytics and collaborate with colleagues across the globe to design and deliver a range of strategic projects and Board level papers.
No two days will be the same so you will thrive in a fast paced and outcome focused team environment. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be expert in PowerPoint and Excel. You can quickly take a brief and ask clarifying questions before undertaking research. You confidently engage with others at all levels of the organisation and externally, building relationships and harnessing your network. You are comfortable analysing numerical data and enjoy finding trends and testing hypotheses. You enjoy working independently but know when to seek guidance or escalate issues. You can quickly synthesize complex information from a range of sources to develop recommendations and present them in a clear and concise manner for the most senior audiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of content and drafting of the Annual Diversity Report and other Board level reports and related presentations
- With guidance, preparing Diversity and Inclusion related content and toolkits for Macquarie's internal and external websites
- Interpreting HR data and deriving insights to answer business questions
- Collaborating with L&D colleagues on the development of capability building programs
- Project managing Macquarie's global Diversity and Inclusion survey
- Supporting the design, planning and coordination of diversity and inclusion events
You have consulting experience gained at a global corporate or financial services institution or at a top tier consultancy, and tertiary qualifications or experience in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related fields. You are passionate about helping organisations create a culture of inclusion where diversity of thought is celebrated.
