Independent Commissioner Against Corruption
The Director Investigations leads the ICAC's Investigations Unit in relation to reports of improper conduct within the NT ICAC’s jurisdiction, and is responsible for the effective and efficient completion of investigations through the application of the ICAC Act.
The role is responsible for ensuring investigative plans have clearly defined timelines and outputs in accordance with the Act. This position is the lead role in obtaining evidence including exhibits, conducting interviews and analysing information to prepare comprehensive reports and other written documents to support the investigation. This role is also responsible for the application of the ICAC’s coercive powers and is expected to operate with significant autonomy reporting to the General Manager. The operational requirements of Investigations Team means work hours may be irregular, extended and include fieldwork as required.

Police intelligence or integrity check. Declare personal interests. Undergo medical or psychometric assessment. Make a statutory declaration in relation to matters determined by the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption to be relevant to the applicant’s suitability. Directors will perform their functions consistent with ICAC objectives.
