Your new role
Digital Support Analysts operate, and support products provided to our clients. Analyse and problem solve issues presented through testing or production environments and improve operational support including monitoring and alerting of application anomalies by introducing new technologies, deployment processes, test automation and operational excellence practices. Apply creative solutions to problems and provide timely and accurate communications with clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting commercial applications using .NET or equivalent
- Understanding of the change management methodologies
- Strong understanding of web technologies and internet fundamentals
- Understanding of security as applies to banking software requirements
- Professional experience supporting software for financial products
- Professional experience working in a DevOps environment
- Professional experience working in SQL, AWS or Azure
- Agile development environment experience
